This workshop will look at how we, as Counsellors can best support our Clients who are preoccupied with their appearance whether they are experiencing body dysmorphia or have been diagnosed with or might have undiagnosed BDD (Body Dysmorphic Disorder). We will look at what body dysmorphia and BDD are and the differences between the two, different approaches and modalities that can help support our Clients, our limitations and how to use our training and relationship to help our Clients.
